After two and one-half years of outstanding service to AMCA and our Clients, Andrea Tristan is saying “goodbye” and moving on to a new career opportunity. She has accepted a new position in San Marcos, Texas at the San Marcos Treatment Center and will be working as a Clinical Therapist with young people ages 8-18 struggling with mental health disorders and developmental disabilities. She completed her Master’s Degree in Counseling while working at AMCA, and we are happy for those who will be served by her professional and caring spirit. We wish you the best, Andrea!

“We asked AMCA to help us with our servant leadership development strategy. They did more than nudge us along. They instilled a discipline we needed to hold ourselves accountable and to stay true to our beliefs and values during the hard times, as well as the good. They are not cheerleaders. They are wise sages and counsel, as well as friends.”
