From over 35 years of teaching the principles of servant leadership with the goal of developing servant-leaders in organizations, we strongly believe that servant leadership is a journey and requires a long-term commitment. Becoming an empathetic listener, appreciating differences, asking for and acting on feedback, wanting to serve others, and living with grace and humility is not something you can achieve in one classroom experience. Our programs in servant leadership are designed to occur over a one-year period, with a month between sessions to practice skills and apply them to the workplace and home life. Because organizations are different and have different needs, we design our servant leadership programs tailored to specific Client cultures. The following are examples of extended programs we do with Clients.
48 hours of classroom instruction and six hours of individual coaching.

Another offering for servant leadership study is our Virtual Servant Leadership Learning Community®. In 2008, TMCA in partnership with Sophia Foundation and supported by the Robert K. Greenleaf Center for Servant Leadership launched the first global, Virtual SLLC®. Using the tools of digital technology and tele-circles, 45 pioneers in four learning circles are changing the world by beginning with themselves, then engaging their organizations and communities. Together, we are discovering how SLLCs® are a way to awaken a supportive community for servant-leaders everywhere. The VSLLC® is designed for individuals who want to deepen their servant leadership journey with a highly supportive core group of dedicated servant-leaders over the period of a year.
