Herb Kelleher and Colleen Barrett need no introduction. Their leadership at Southwest Airlines is legendary. Here they join Dr. Ann McGee-Cooper in the Southwest Airlines cafeteria for an unscripted conversation over lunch. At the time this was recorded in 1990, Southwest Airlines had 106 airplanes with 8,620 Employees. Today, that number has grown to 705 airplanes and over 55,671 Employees.
