Trammell McGee-Cooper and Associates is proud to announce three spectacular programs for our Dallas Servant Leadership Learning Community®! In March, we will visit the phenomenal Southwest Airlines. Southwest Airlines sets the standard for a servant leadership culture with 55,671 Employees. We will learn how they responded to Hurricane Harvey, cared for Employees, and the many other unheralded events of servant leadership they do each day.
In June, we will visit the award-winning PCI (Publishing Concepts) who’s honors include 2017 Texas Monthly Top 10 Mid-size Best Company to Work for in Texas and Dallas Morning News 2016 #1 Best Mid-size Company to Work For. PCI has created a culture of servant leadership that not only makes for a great place to work, but produces business results to show the power culture has on the bottom line
Our final October program will be at the incredible SPARK! which will shake-up your creative neurons. SPARK! is an innovative laboratory designed to inspire the creative potential in students of all ages. They also sponsor an annual Creativity Confab with great imaginative minds from many industries sharing their knowledge. In the evenings, SPARK! can be transformed into a learning environment for adults. In our session, we will explore the different traits of creative mavericks and creative champions, how they fuel passion, and generate innovation in their organizations.
