TMCA and the Sophia Foundation are excited to announce that the enrollment period for the 2018 Virtual Servant Leadership Learning Community® has begun!
The VSLLC® is one of my favorite developmental programs that we offer. Many times training programs focus solely on the outer journey of learning skills and passing these on to others in an organization. But equally important is the inner journey of feeding, nourishing, and growing our own servant leadership spirits.
Would you like a safe, supportive environment to deepen your inner journey of servant leadership? Many others have used the VSLLC® to help them pause, reflect, and weather transitions that have occurred in their lives—whether it was organizational challenges or personal challenges where fresh insights were needed.
The program includes eight 90-minute tele-circles (a phone call that is intentionally a “circle” so that every person has an opportunity to speak and be deeply heard) each focusing on a theme of servant leadership. Sessions are facilitated by Dr. Deborah Welch, Dr. Virginia Gilmore, and myself (Duane Trammell).
Those interested in participating in the program will find a program description and application at https://amca.com/vsllc-3/. Please submit an application and you will be interviewed for acceptance into the program. The program is limited to ten participants. We hope to hear from you soon!
