Her consulting work focuses on team and board development and coaching.
She works with leaders in colleges, school districts, foundations, corporations
and small businesses. She has also been a faculty member at Capella University
for 9 years mentoring dissertation research and teaching doctorate level courses
such as Performance Enhancement, Group Facilitation, and the Psychology of Leadership.

is founding Partner of Ann McGee-Cooper & Associates, a team of consultants.
She is an international leader in researching and applying servant-leadership
in the workplace, having served on the Culture Committee of Southwest
Airlines for 19 years and with TDIndustries for 33 years. She has
counseled national business leaders, governmental officials and college
presidents on servant-leadership, team-building, life/work balance,
time management and creative problem solving and is author of You

Gary Looper,
serves as Project Leader at AMCA of the pacesetting Servant-Leadership Learning
Community, a consortium of 11 Organizations that meet together to develop unique,
leaderful cultures and practice the learning organization disciplines. Gary's
interest in growing and sustaining learning communities led him to Ann McGee-Cooper
& Associates in 1999. On the AMCA team, he also maintains responsibility as Project
Manager for several long-term Clients. As Director of Publications, Gary's writing
and editing expertise has appeared in journals, articles, The Essentials of Servant
Leadership: Principles in Practice (Pegasus Communications), and the book, Being the
Change.

Virginia Gilmore, President, Sophia Foundation, served in executive leadership
for 17 years at Kaytee Products Inc. In l997, Virginia co-founded the Center for
Spirituality and Leadership at Marian College in Fond du Lac, WI. In 2002, founded
the Sophia Foundation, Inc., whose vision is "creating caring community." The Foundation
invites community collaboration through the principles of Servant Leadership. Since its
inception in 2002, Sophia Foundation has awarded grants of over $400,000 to encourage
courageous action for creative, systemic change that enhances the humanity of local and
global communities. In addition, Virginia is a speaker, educator, facilitator, spiritual
guide, and an advocate for peace and understanding in our communities and in our world.
