Jan Vos is a remarkable Partner with TMCA, Inc. Participating in the pilot Virtual Servant Leadership Learning Community® in 2008, Jan shared his vision with us: “that through technology we can build the bridge over which we can bring leadership development to those who cannot afford this today. In the western world this could be leaders who lead in environments without much wealth. Or individuals who are not sponsored by an organization but still serve through leading good causes.” In 2010, Jan and TMCA, Inc. met and mapped out a long-term strategic plan to partner on significant technology and blended learning projects. - An extensive website in Dutch which will provide resources and information on servant leadership through Jan Vos.
- A renovated and improved TMCA, Inc. website unveiled in 2011.
- International speaking and consultation in servant leadership for organizations.
- Shared work in both the United States and Europe in servant leadership for potential shared Clients.
- Future technology-related resources on servant leadership that will be web-based.
